I received my refurbished 5040 ReplayTV last night. SONICBlue had a fantastic deal a few weeks ago. Order a refurb for $349, and lifetime service was included. Wheee! So, now I have 2 ReplayTVs. My new computer is all put together now! It was more time consuming building this one due to the special heat sink for the video card that I had to put together. I opted for the Zalman heat pipe. So far, I’ve booted up once, just to see if everything appeared to be working correctly.
