Slacker Portable Radio Review

I have a confession to make… Even though I love my iPod classic, I really don’t listen to it as much in the car as I listen to… the radio. Yes, it’s true. I find myself listening to regular FM radio way more than my iPod. The radio is on when I drive into work in the morning and again in the afternoon on my way home. Why do I prefer listening to radio? One of the main reasons is that I never know what the next song will be and I like variety and finding new artists. Over the years I’ve tried XM and Sirius satellite radios and enjoyed them, but in the end, I got tired of the ads and mediocre audio quality. Now I think I have found the perfect radio gadget for me. It’s the Slacker Portable Radio.

Plantronics CS55 Wireless Office Headset System with Lifter Review

We can all agree that gadgets can be fun and exciting, but it’s really great when a product can actually help someone work better while also being beneficial to your health. A couple months ago, a close family member was having severe neck and shoulder pain. Her one arm was even going numb. An MRI revealed that she had a ruptured disk in her neck. The solution was a surgical procedure to fuse the C5 and C6 vertebrae together with a titanium plate and several screws…

Sony Ericsson Z520a Mobile Phone Review

The Sony Ericsson Z520a is a rather simple phone by today’s standards. It doesn’t have a media player, it doesn’t have a good camera, and it doesn’t even come with any games. What it does come with is a fairly easy to use interface, a nice compact size and good battery life. About the only frill you do get is Bluetooth, which is really standard equipment on all but the absolute cheapest phones nowadays. More about all this later.

Jawbone Bluetooth Headset Review

Aliph has recently updated their very popular noise reducing Jawbone headset with a newer version that addresses some of the complaints from the original. One of the main complaints was with size. I didn’t find the size to be much of a problem when I reviewed the original, but let’s see just how much this new version has improved things.

I always enjoy receiving flashlights from Discount LED Lights & Knives to review. They sell the German made LED Lenser products, which are extremely nice. One of the latest LED Lenser flashlights in the new HP (High Performance) line that has come on the market is the P7. This light is unique in that it has a focusable lens and is super bright.

Black & Decker VPX Starter Set Review

We live in a world of convenience and what is more convenient then wireless technology. Now power tools are probably not the first thing to pop into your head when you think of wireless technology, but if you have ever had to unravel an extension cord, navigate it around obstacles then coil it back up, all to complete a five minute job, no wires or cords sounds pretty nice.

As a person who is always looking for the ultimate alarm clock, I think I’ve found one that definitely comes closer than any product that I’ve tested so far. The people at American Innovative have taken their

ASUS Eee PC 4G (701) Review

Last year, Asus rocked the UMPC world with their announcement of a small, ultra-portable laptop – for only $200. Several
revisions, image leaks, speculative reports, and price increases later, the eeePC line was officially released – with
$200 added to price tag and 512MB RAM pulled from the default specs. I’ve had the flagship 701 model with 4GB of
solid-state disk space and a 0.3MP (300,000 pixel) webcam. Other model options include the 2G ($300) and 4G ($350)
Surfs with 2GB and 4GB SSD and no webcam, as well as the 8GB SSD/1GB RAM 8G at $500.
