lowkey

I’m really loving my new Apple iMac’s brushed aluminum case and keyboard. I found a matching aluminum stand from Macessity that looks like it would make a great companion to it. It raises the iMac high enough to store the wireless keyboard beneath it. It also has built-in four port USB hub that would be really handy given the fact that all the USB ports are located on the back of the iMac. It’s priced at $59.99.

Looks beautiful. Is that a powered usb hub?

@Jackie It’s self-powered.

Very elegant looking, Julie . . a bluetooth Apple keyboard and mighty mouse would dress things up further, if only the keyboard came with a number pad . . . does the added height strain the neck any on the “vertically challenged” to get a direct view???

@Don I haven’t seen one in person, but from the looks of the product image, it only raises the iMac about 2 inches. That could cause a problem for some folks. It’s hard to say without actually trying one.
