Here’s a bag for all those cyclists out there who need to carry some gadgets but don’t like backpacks, messengers, or saddlebags. The F60 Joan from Freitag measures in at 350 X 120 X 180mm (8.13 X 4.7 X 7.1 inches) and has a 4 litre capacity. Using hideable Velcro straps, it converts quickly and easily from a large carryall into a handlebar bag.  Aimed primarily at the mobile woman, it could easily be used as a uni-sex cycle bag (though maybe more on the bike than off for men :) ).

Made from Freitag’s trademark recycled truck tarpaulins, the F60 Joan goes for  $210.

Trivia: The bag’s named after a fiery red head in a TV series about advertising in the 60s :)

Note from Julie: Freitag sent along another link to a 2nd video showing the bag in “action”.

The link to the maker is wrong. It’s called “Freitag” not “Frietag” and you have a comma after “www”…

Thanks Deschi, amended :)
