Get a Grip on Your Camera with the Flipbac Camera Grips

Most small digital cameras seem to be about the size and shape of a deck of cards these days.  That’s nice for fitting it into your gear bag, but most of those cameras are flat, smooth, and slippery – and hard to hold.  Flipbac Innovations has developed a grip – inspired by the built-in grips of some of the most popular cameras – that can be added to the front of a camera.  These Flipbac Grips are 100% silicone, and they use 3M adhesives that grip well, but can be removed without damage to the camera body.  They are also repositionable and reusable.  The grips are black, 1.5″ X 0.87″ X 0.24″, and available in three designs.  Each style is $9.99, and Flipbac Innovations ships worldwide.

  2. Ohhhh that is cool… and that’s my camera in the picture!

Trouble is, if I added that, the camera would no longer fit in the case I have. Decisions, decisions…

  3. I have the Richard Franiec CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminum grip for the S90 and I love it! But my SCUBA case doesn’t. Imagine it feels much more solid and substantial than a silicone one, but it also costs three times as much.

  4. Hi ,
I have tried both the Flipbac Grip 2 and the RF aluminum grip on different cameras. The RF grip does fit nicely. The weight is about the same, they are both light. But I prefer the hard silicon over the aluminum, the aluminum tends to get slippery. The Flipbac grip is better value and looks as good.
