If you can put up with cedar instead of birch and don’t need the tabs (or are willing to make your own), stop by a local cigar store for empty cigar boxes (which some give away and others sell for a few bucks). The design is one of two traditional cigar box designs and was meant for use in clubs which had cigar lockers.
