I agree – it looks like it would slice the fingerprints off of your thumb if you made a mistake.
I don’t get how anyone thinks it would cut you… I have the Outdoor Edge Chowpal which is almost identical and my 6 year old has been using it since she was 2.5…
When using the spoon/knife, your thumb might rest on the knife edge. A little slip and your fingerprint is sliced off.
I have the Gerber 4 in 1 titanium spoon splade spatula and peeler.
It’s light, feels sturdy and easy to use.
