Summer’s nearly here, and it’s almost time to start planning picnics. Hey I owned something very similar. However the tables was the pressed particle board/cardboard stuff, and the cooler was electrically cooled. It was a god awful orange and avocado green. I think it was a koolatron. My parents got it in the 1970’s, I took over it in the 90’s eventually the table broke off. I took it to work to use in our TechLab to keep drinks cold. The Power supply died, I replaced it it with an old AT computer PSU. I left that job in 2004. Last I checked in 2009 they were still using it, (along with my hideous flower couch). It’s quite possible it is still running keeping Mnt-Dew cold.
