Are the US readers out there all ready for Thanksgiving and Black Friday? You couldn’t pay me to get out and shop the day after Thanksgiving! ;o) I might do some shopping online though ;o)
What gadgets are people hoping that Santa will bring them this year? The Xbox 360? I think I beat Santa to the punch by buying some goodies for myself last week. A refurbed 12″ Powerbook and a 60gb Video iPod are now in my gear list. Now I either need to spring for a Tivo with the data download feature, or get my sick ReplayTV fixed so that I can offload TV shows and movies to the iPod. Anyone doing this? Not even sure what would be involved with the ReplayTV… I tried buying an episode of Desparate Housewives at the iTunes Music Store, but my sucky Direcway connection took me 2 days to download it. Grrrrrr.
