Your Data is Toast with This USB Hub and Thumb Drive Set

ThinkGeek always has a variety of cute stuff, but they’ve outdone themselves with this USB Toaster Hub and Thumb Drives set.  The hub looks like an old-fashioned chrome toaster, and it has 4 USB 2.0 ports and a 1 meter long USB cable.  It’s capable of speeds up to to 480 mbps, and it even has an SD card reader built-in.  It would be the perfect accessory for my 11″ MacBook Air!  Of course, it’s just not worth having if you can’t also have the four USB thumb  drives shaped like “teeny anthropomorphized pieces of toast.”  The toasts thumb drives have 4GB of storage and measure 1.5″ x 1.25″ x 0.75″.  They are available in the four versions shown in the photo, and the four styles can help you know at a glance what data is stored on which drive.  The Toaster Hub is $27.99, and the thumb drives are $24.99 each.  Expensive, but I’m trying to come up with a reason to justify the set.  ;)

I’m not coming up with any justifications for them. :(

I’m going to buy them as soon as I have enough dough.

If I borrow my daughter’s justification, ” but Daddy, they are soooooooooooooooo CUTE!!!’.

Joe, sounds like your daughter has a winning idea! Or maybe I could just say I have to save them, because it looks like poor Crisp has died while waiting for a new home.
