Brando is now offering a 300 dpi USB Portable Mini Scanner. It’s probably better suited for scanning business cards into your Windows PC (sorry, it has no OS X support) than scanning books and articles – although it certainly can do those things too. It comes with a business card scanning tray and PC software that allows you to organize and convert scans to text. The USB Portable Mini Scanner is priced at $66.
