Never run out of USB ports again

If you can’t find an open USB port on your computer for your Hello Kitty Flash Drive, you might consider this 16 port USB hub from Brando. It has a geeky industrial design that allows you to see the circuit board and components. Unfortunately it’s not a USB 3.0 hub, but it is powered and includes an AC adapter. It’s priced at $72.00 which ends up being $4.50 per port.

    Thinkgeek just introduced a powered 24 port hub for $50 – $2.08/port :-)

    the upside to this, is I now have use for the drawer full of 16mb-256mb thumb-drives I have. USB RAID!

    I’d bet a donut, NO. The iPad issue is not an amp only issue, it’s a some fiddling with the resistance on the Data line as well. Something a USB hub won’t/can’t do, and still function as a HUB.
