REVIEW – In the past, I’ve reviewed a few water flossers, and while I like how they clean between my teeth, I tend to get annoyed when I need to refill the water tank before I am able to finish flossing all my teeth. When I was given the opportunity to review the Oclean A10 AirPump water flosser, I was sure this would be a big problem due to its size. But I thought I’d deal with it, given how it would make a great travel accessory. But instead of annoyance, I was surprised!

Design and features
The Oclean A10 AirPump water flosser is the smallest water flosser that I’ve ever seen and use. As you can see, it’s about the size of a deck of cards.
The front has a large circular LED that functions as a charging indicator and mode indicator.
The power button is located on the side. Pressing the button will turn on the Oclean A10 AirPump and immediately start the water flossing function. Holding the button for a couple of seconds will switch between modes. This flosser offers through modes:
- Standard mode – everyday cleaning
- Gentle mode – for people with sensitive teeth
- Massage mode – for people with very sensitive teeth
The other side of the flosser has a window so you can see the water level.
The top of the flosser has a cover for the water tank and a port for the nozzle.
The cover opens easily to fill the water tank.
But it also doubles as a storage place for the nozzle. This makes it really convenient for travel.
The Oclean A10 AirPump water flosser comes with two nozzles. There’s the regular nozzle with a soft silicone tip and a special one with a tiny brush at the tip for people who have orthodontics to use.
Before you can use the flosser, you’ll need to charge it. The base of the A10 has a USB-C port that is protected with a rubber cover.
While charging, the circular LED will “breathe,” and it has a steady glow when fully charged.
The A10 uses pressurized air with a jet of water, so it feels like a strong puff of water and air together in short, repeating bursts. I always find it amazing how much gunk water flossers remove from between my teeth when I use them after a meal. This one really does a great job.

Final thoughts
The Oclean A10 AirPump water flosser was a huge surprise. Due to its size and my experience with how quickly the water tanks on other water flossers drain, I didn’t expect to be impressed. However, I have been able to floss all my teeth in one session without refilling the water tank. I can highly recommend this water flosser for travel and everyday use. It’s earned a spot in my medicine cabinet.

Hi Julie,
Is it easy or hard to clean the water tank?
Thanks
Since I only use water in it to begin with, it’s easy. I fill it just partially full, close the lid. Shake. Open the lid and pour out the water. Then I leave the lid open between uses so it can dry. I suppose you could buy a tiny bottle brush to scrub it, but I wouldn’t recommend using soap.
