Dad bought our 19″ Olympic TV in 1949, a tape recorder that used a thin platter similar to a record player, and we all bought transister radios from Lafayette Radio in Syosset, NY. My sisters and I have continued to buy countless gadgets over the decades, and I have retired from my job as Central Office Tech at Verizon. My wife and I are currently enjoying our pet, Vector robot, who resides on our counter top in the kitchen. My other hobbies include 3-D and VR photography.
