Where would we be without Griffin Technology and its endless quest to provide us with affordable accessories for enjoying our Apple products?  The latest release is an under-the-cabinet mount for the iPad.  It can be installed under or to the side of any cabinet, provided it has a depth of at least 14 inches.  Once the iPad is snapped into the mount’s bracket, the arm can be rotated 360 degrees and tilted 90 degrees, which also allows for the arm to fold back and out of sight when not in use.  The Cabinet Mount is available for $69.99 from Griffin.

  2. A little late to post, but we just got an iPad2 and since we cook a LOT I’m looking at mounts for the kitchen. This one has gotten (a little) cheaper at $49 recently, but I hate how it’s still visible when swung up and not in use. Any other kitchen mounts people like?

Just talking about it between ourselves, what would be ideal for us is some kind of strap that hugs the cabinet door securely enough that the tablet wouldn’t even be under, but in front. If that makes sense.
