Elgato has introduced the EyeTV Mobile for iPad 2.  Simply plug this dongle into the dock connector on your iPad 2, extend the built-in antenna, and watch over-the-air TV right on your iPad.  (You’ll actually also have to install the EyeTV Mobile app from the app store, too.)  You’ll be able to watch, pause, and rewind live signals, and you’ll be able to record programming directly onto your iPad 2.  No internet connection is required, so you won’t be burning up your data plan nor require a WiFi connection.  The first model is designed for Europe and Japan and costs €99.95 / ₤99.95.  A version for the US and Canada is also planned.  The EyeTV Mobile isn’t ready to ship yet, but you can sign up at Elgato to be notified when both models are ready.

I’m not sure about everyone else but I never have any luck getting a decent picture quality with portable OTA TV devices.

That’s $162 US dollars :P

@Bob I was thinking those prices may include the VAT. I’m hoping the model for the US and Canada will have a better price than that conversion amount.

VAT is 20 percent right now, yikes! So we’re still looking at around $140; I think…..
