REVIEW – I’m sorry if you’re a Vegan, but in my opinion, one of the best smells in the universe is a brand new leather wallet. My nose is doubly happy because I have two new wallets to show you today. The Haptic Dash Wallet, and the Cash Wrap. One is for a minimalist, and one is for someone who likes to carry cash. Let’s check them out.

Where to buy: Haptic
What is it?
The Dash and Cash Wrap are leather wallets from Haptic, a company based in the US.
Haptic Dash Wallet
Design and features
The Dash Wallet is a fast access card wallet constructed of veg-tanned Italian leather with a snap closure.
The Dash Wallet is available in 16 different colors, but I’m partial to natural, so that’s the color I picked out.
The cool thing about this wallet is that it’s constructed of just one piece of leather that is folded and fastened with a snap.
It can hold up about 10 standard-sized credit cards an even some folded cash.
I set mine up with my two most used cards in the open slot and six other cards in the back, which can be accessed by unsnapping the tab.
I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to access the two quick-access cards, but I am happy to report that it’s simple. Even with back section full of cards, and cash, it’s not difficult to slide out the two cards. And don’t worry, they won’t fall out by themselves.
As a simple leather wallet (that smells amazing) that provides space for up to 10 cards or a combo of cards and cash, I really like the Haptic Dash Wallet. It’s well-made, will continue to wear and look more awesome over time as it wears in and patinas.
Haptic Cash Wrap
Design and features
In the past few years, my use of cash has dwindled significantly. I like using my credit card to earn points/cash back and it’s just easier to tap the card or use my iPhone for quick payment. But if you still think that cash is king, the Haptic Cash Wallet is a unique style of wallet.
At first glance, it looks simple with a one snap and a flash of color on the corners. Like the Dash Wallet, the Cash Wrap comes in a variety of colors. You can even customize the band color and snap color.
The feature that sets the Cash Wrap apart from traditional wallets is the brass magnetic clasps.
So what’s the deal with the brass clasps? When connected, the clasp holds your bills.
The Cash Wrap can hold up to 100 US sized bills. Wow! I only had about a dozen bills to test with though.
Here’s a side view. Note that you don’t have to have a massive stack of cash to use this wallet because it works just fine with just one bill too! It’s easy to slide out the bill(s) you need without any fumbling. And just like with the Dash Wallet, it’s a simple design that is well-made with smooth edges and quality hardware.
Final thoughts
If you love the feel and smell of real leather and want a wallet that’s easy to use, both the Haptic Dash Wallet and Cash Wrap are great choices. The Dash Wallet is perfect for minimalists who want quick access to their most-used cards, while the Cash Wrap is ideal for anyone who still likes to carry cash, even if it’s just a few bills.
Both wallets are well-made, come in lots of colors, and are simple to use. If you’re looking for a wallet that’s not too fancy but still feels special, Haptic has you covered. I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. These wallets do exactly what they’re supposed to do, and they do it well.
