NEWS – Visibility is a big deal when riding a bike, especially during dusk and nighttime hours. Anything you can add to your bike to ensure you are more visible to motorists is a huge plus. I came across these handlebar turn signals that I think are pretty cool. The CYCL WingLights are small lights that attach to the ends of your bike’s handlebars. Pushing a button on the end of the light will cause it to flash a bright amber color, essentially turning it into a turn signal/blinker.
WingLights are held in place via a metal mount and magnetic back, allowing them to be easily removed after your ride to prevent theft. The units also clip together to form a keyring on a karabiner for safekeeping.
The lights are battery-powered and will provide up to six months of daily use. WingLights are compatible with any straight or curved (up to 60 deg) handlebars (inner diameter between 14.9 mm and 22 mm). The CYCL WingLights are available from Amazon for $42.81.
