WonderCube is an Indiegogo crowdfunding project for an 8-in-1 adapter that is small enough to attach to your keychain. This one inch cube transforms into the following tools: USB cable, USB charger, phone stand, OTG USB cable, sync cable, emergency battery charger, flash memory and an LED flashlight. The WonderCube will be available in versions that have a micro USB connector and a version that has a lightning connector. The Indiegogo project’s goal is $50,000 and it has already earned $20,000 after just a couple days. Pledges start at $49 for a WonderCube without flash memory and up to $79 for a version of the cube that has 64GB of flash memory. If the project is a success, shipping is estimated for August of this year. Visit the WonderCube Indiegogo project for more info.

I think the 9volt emergency charger is stretching it a bit. Since you also have to carry around a 9volt battery. I think I would just carry a spare phone battery instead.
Or, you could, you know, just nip into the nearest convenience stall and buy a 9V battery? You’re right that this won’t be optimal, but I can see how this could be a last resort if no other power sources are available. It is, after all, an *emergency* charger, not a regular charger.
I agree with Chriszzz. It is a good option for a Bug Out Bag. Backup batteries are only good if they are charged (and they lose their charge when sitting). It is nice to have a regular battery option as these batteries are readily available. I ordered the $79 64GB cube. Really nice idea and so small.
