If, like me, you’re trying to drink more water, but you get tired of plain water all the time, adding some flavoring can make the water more palatable.  Of course, they sell little bottles of water enhancers now that can add fruit flavoring, but they seem to be all artificial color, flavors, and sweeteners.  The Basily Infuser Water Bottle is sized to carry with you, and it has an infuser column you fill with the fresh fruit or veggies of your choice for delicious water on the go.  The 28-ounce bottle is made of “commercial-grade Titan Plus” plastic, which is BPA-free.  It’s also “dishwasher friendly” for easy cleanup.  The bottle comes with a recipe book to get you started with infused water.  The bottle and lid are clear plastic, with your choice of a red or blue top for the infuser chamber for $16.97 at Amazon.

If, like me, you’re trying to breathe, but you get tired of plain air all the time, so you pick up smoking.

I guess I am not like “you”. I drink water when I am thirsty. I love how refreshing water is, and I never get tired of it, like I never get tired of the air I breathe, unless it is polluted.
