Biodegradable iPhone Case from the Guys at iBend

Ever give a thought to what happens to all those cases and accessories you bought for a gadget after it’s been replaced?  Well, the guys who brought us the iBend stands for iPhone and iPad have given it some thought, and they’ve designed a fully compostable and  biodegradable case for the iPhone 4/4S.  The ecoSnap case is made of plant-based plastic resin.  They’re manufactured using sustainable practices, and they even have low-impact packaging. They snap over the sides of the phone to protect the back, sides, and corners of your iPhone.  A raised lip wraps onto the front for screen protection.  There’s even a little slip-in pocket on the back to hold a card, a couple of bills, or even your iBend stand.  Then when you upgrade to a new phone, return the ecoSnap case for proper composting and you’ll receive a discount for future purchases.   The ecoSnap case is available in midnight or frost for $24.95.

“What’s that smell…” “Oh it’s my iphone, I–” “You should change that case, man, it’s OLD!” (just kidding but I had to seize the opportunity.)
