THANKS for the step-by-step instructions!! With this information, you can’t go wrong! I really appreciate the tip regarding the use of a Homeplug Powerline Ethernet Adapter. Through internet research, Netgear is suppose to be one of the best. Also, “Homeplug” means you have a more secure line, without the threat of others listening to your conversations through the phone line. The adapter allows me to house my main phone line downstairs, while my computer and router remain upstairs. Mission accomplished!!
