    I recently sent away for your MagicJackPlus with the intentions of using it to call my relatives in Jamaica, W.I.howevere, when it arrived I found out that I cannot call Jamaica for free on the Magic Jack Plus. Also, now that I decided to retuen it to you, I found out that I do not have forwarding Street Address, only a P.O Box. Since you did not provide me with your customer service telephone number, I took the liberty of e-mailing you. Trusting that you will respond to me promptly. Thank you. Madge Miller – Nov 7, 2011

      @madge Miller We don’t sell or provide tech support for the MagicJack. We are an independent product review website that just happens to have a very active comment section for this particular review. You should visit the actual MagicJack website and email their tech people or call them.
