Video of the Day – How To Make Your Computer More Green

You may have noticed that I’ve been testing a video widget on The Gadgeteer for a few weeks now and today I want to test drive a daily video feature where I will choose a short video from 5min.com that I think is interesting and share it with all of you. I bought a Mac Mini earlier this year – 13 watts at idle kind of offsets the 600w power supply on my old desktop :)

@John How can you tell the idle watt usage? I’d like to check my iMac.

Use a “Kill A Watt” meter.

Julie,
I really like the video player. It doesn’t stop my scrolling down the page like you tube does!
