With only three days left in 2007, I find myself reflecting on all the products that I have had the opportunity to review this year. A quick look at my stats show that I’ve written 125 reviews in the last 365 days. Wowza! That’s a lot of typing! :o) Here are some of my favorite products (in chronological order) that I’m still using today:
FineDigital FineDrive M300 GPS
Palm Treo 680 Smartphone
Aliph’s Jawbone Bluetooth Headset
Seagate FreeAgent Go
Waterfield Design Sling
XtremeMac XtremeHD 4 To 1 HDMI Switcher
Kill-A-Watt EZ Electricity Usage Monitor
Apple iPhone
SmartShopper Grocery List Organizer
VTech 6042 Two Handset Cordless Phone System
Apple iPod classic
Palm Centro Smartphone – I had to send this one back, but if there was a GSM version, I’d still be using it
Epson PictureMate Dash (PM 260) Portable Photo Lab
Intelli IMT-500 Clip-on Digital Chromatic Tuner
If I was asked to choose my favorite gadget / product of 2007, I would have to say that it is the iPhone. It’s not my favorite because I use it as my main phone, but it’s the fact that it got me excited about technology again. It was something new and different. Here’s hoping 2008 brings an abundance of exciting products!

I’m very pleased with my current set of tech-toys:
I use these devices day in & day out. My biggest tech-hope for ’08 is the much rumored tiny Macbook or Newton II.
Mine would be my MacBook Pro, my Treo 680, my iPod nano 3rd Generation (8GB Green), my Belkin Expresscard Memory reader, and my Nikon D40 I just got for Christmas.
iPhone
17″ MacBook Pro
Sony PRS-500 eReader (Still waiting for my Kindle to arrive, ordered Dec. 2)
Wii
