I need to be a proud mom for a minute and tell you all that Sarah just placed 3rd in Chemistry at her school's Science Fair. Her project was “Preventing Enzymatic Browning on Apples and Bananas.” The District Science Fair is March 9th, so please keep your fingers crossed for her. :0)
