I love my ReplayTV, and now that Sonicblue has declared bankruptcy and has said that they will only guarantee their service (ReplayTV devices have to connect to a server for the TV guide data) through the end of April, I'm scared that my PVR is going to turn into an expensive paperweight. I'm not interested in switching over to TIVO, mainly because I don't want to pay the monthly service. I have a lifetime service plan with ReplayTV, so don't worry about that now.
Maybe it's time to check out the Windows Media Center PCs or try to roll my own? Are there any other ReplayTV owners out there that are sweating too?
