A few months ago, The Gadgeteer told you about TuneLink Auto from NewPotato Technologies that allowed you to play audio from your Apple iOS device through your car’s stereo. Now, NewPotato has made the TuneLink Auto system available to Android phone users. You plug the TuneLink Auto into your car’s power port and pair it with your Android phone via Bluetooth (only necessary once). You can now transmit music to your car’s music system through FM transmission or by plugging the TuneLink Auto into the Aux port on your car’s system. The TuneLink Auto even has a USB port so you can charge your Android phone while you listen. The free TuneLink app lets you configure and control your TuneLink Auto, and lets you connect multiple phones and alternate music playback from each, use the phone’s GPS to suggest local radio stations, and more. The TuneLink Auto for Android is $99.99 at the NewPotato Technologies website.
