Starting today, customers can pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Tab from Sprint, which will be available on Sunday, November 14 through select Sprint Stores. The Galaxy Tab will run Android version 2.2 and offer a 7.5 x 4.7 inch 1024 x 600 resolution display. Other features include dual cameras (3mp on the back and 1.3mp on the front), 2GB of RAM and a 16GB SD card. It’s priced at $399.99, but will require a two year service agreement on a 3G Tablet Mobile Broadband plan. Sprint is offering two different rate plans to choose from: a 2GB data plan with unlimited messaging for $29.99 per month or a 5GB data plan with unlimited messaging for $59.99 per month (plus taxes and surcharges). I’m really curious to see how an Android tablet compares to the iPad, but I wouldn’t want to be locked into another 2yr plan. What do you guys think? Are any of you pre-ordering?

IS Sprint going to allow the tablet to work as a phone with a Bluetooth headset? Verizon was disabling that for the US Version.
With those rates…. No way. I could live with an unlimited plan for 29$ that throttles back after 2 gb…. And no contract. Love the size of the tab though.
