REVIEW – I’ve had a gym membership in the past, but I’d rather work out in the comfort and privacy of my own home. So I have accumulated a variety of workout gear that includes a Sole Fitness treadmill, a low-end Total Gym, and a collection of hand weights, resistance bands, etc. And now I can add the Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench to that collection because they sent me one to test and review. Let’s take a look.
What is it?
The Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench is just what its name describes, it’s a weight bench that has an adjustable backrest.

Assembly required
The Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench does not ship pre-assembled but there is no need to worry because the assembly process is easy and you won’t even need any special tools other than the ones that come with it. I did the assembly by myself in less than 30 minutes. It was probably a lot less than that, but I didn’t time it.
All you really need to do is attach the front feet/support with 2 bolts, attach the leg extension, and attach the headrest.
Design and features
Once fully assembled, the angle of the backrest can be easily adjusted by folding the backrest forward and positioning the adjustment frame in the desired slot.

Here we see the Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench in a completely flat position. Also, note that the leg extension can also be adjusted up and down as well as the seat angle can also be adjusted.
But wait, there’s more! You can even adjust the backrest in a declined position.
It’s been really sturdy with no wobbling when I have used it in all positions. Note that I don’t use really heavy weights so I can’t speak to how well it will work for powerlifters.
The weight bench features high-density foam padding which makes the backrest and seat firm but comfortable to sit and lie on while doing various exercises. It’s also easy to clean if you get sweaty during your workouts.
Then when you’re finished working out, it is possible to fold the whole thing up for easy storage. There’s even a webbed handle that helps you carry it.

Final thoughts
I wasn’t sure what to expect from such a budget-priced weight bench but I have been very impressed. The Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench is well made, easy to assemble, sturdy, easy to adjust, and comfortable to use. If you’ve been wanting to add a weight bench to your own collection of home workout gear, then I can easily recommend the Lusper Adjustable Weight Bench without any hesitation.
