Yeah, this sounds like a really great idea, however the price is a bit much for me.
Would be worth it if it had Gigabit Ethernet. I wonder if it could host a VOIP solution like a MagicJack or something?
This does have me wondering — what would happen if I hooked up a USB 2.0 hub to 4 x 1TB hard drives, then connected the hub to this dongle? Would I see 4 hard drives on the network?
There is the Addonics NAS Adapter $55 from Addonics.com. Single USB, but does the same thing.
