ARTICLE – Jabra is launching two new headsets aimed at hybrid workers who want professional call quality without looking like they’re working a call center shift. The Evolve3 85 and Evolve3 75 drop the traditional boom microphone entirely, relying instead on what the company calls ClearVoice technology to isolate your voice from background noise. Both models arrive in a modern Danish design that Jabra positions as the first true crossover headset, built for professional use but clean enough to wear on the commute or at the coffee shop.
Voice-Led AI and High-Accuracy Transcription
The boomless approach leans on deep neural network processing trained on over 60 million real-world sentences, with technology borrowed from GN’s hearing division. Inspired by how the human brain filters noise in a crowded room, the system processes layers of sound data to distinguish your voice from surrounding chatter without a visible mic arm.

Jabra claims ClearVoice captures 96% of words accurately across tested environments, jumping to 99% in open office settings. That’s a bold promise for a design without a visible mic arm, and it positions these headsets as viable options for voice-led AI interaction where transcription accuracy matters.
If you’re dictating messages, issuing commands to GenAI tools, or running AI prompts while walking between meetings, the accuracy claim becomes relevant quickly. Jabra notes that voice input runs up to three times faster than typing, which makes the transcription performance a practical selling point rather than a spec sheet footnote.
ANC That Stays On During Calls
Adaptive active noise cancellation adjusts in real time based on your environment and how the headset fits, and it stays active during calls rather than only between them. That’s a distinction worth noting since most headsets pause ANC while you’re talking. There’s support for spatial sound to reduce listening fatigue on long calls, fast charging that delivers 10 hours of use from a 10-minute cable charge, and wireless charging built in. The LC3 audio codec handles high-fidelity music playback, and both headsets come with a pre-paired Bluetooth adapter for secure connectivity out of the box. Bluetooth Native support also allows direct connection to devices without the adapter.

The Evolve3 85 is the over-ear option with 25 hours of call time and 120 hours of music playback when ANC and the busylight are off. The on-ear Evolve3 75 gets 22 hours of call time and 110 hours of music under the same conditions. Both feature replaceable batteries, which addresses repair legislation requirements and extends the practical lifespan of the headsets. Ear cushions are also swappable, and Jabra emphasizes all-day comfort as a design priority for longer wear sessions.

The choice between them comes down to fit preference and work style. The Evolve3 85 wraps fully around your ears for better passive isolation and slightly longer battery life, making it the stronger pick for open office workers who spend hours on calls or need deep focus in noisy environments. The over-ear design adds weight, but it also distributes pressure more evenly across longer sessions. If you’re stationed at a desk most of the day and want the most immersive listening experience, the 85 is worth the extra $186.

The Evolve3 75 trades some isolation for portability. Its on-ear fit is lighter and more compact, which suits hybrid workers who move between conference rooms, hot desks, and home offices throughout the week. You lose about three hours of call time and ten hours of music playback compared to the 85, but the difference is marginal for most workdays. If you prioritize travel-friendliness and don’t need the sealed-off feeling of over-ear cups, the 75 delivers the same ClearVoice tech and ANC at a lower price point.

Jabra built sustainability into the design with recycled and bio-circular materials, and both models are certified to TCO generation 10. The Jabra Plus mobile app handles customization, including equalizer controls, wind noise reduction, and firmware updates. A desktop version is planned for later in 2026. Both headsets are certified for major UC platforms and include centralized device management through Jabra Plus Management for IT teams handling fleet deployment. The Evolve3 85 starts at $649 and the Evolve3 75 at $463, both available March 1, 2026, with a Warm Gray option following in April.
