NEWS – Use the Bestkee Lightsaber Umbrella (aka Bestkee LED Umbrella) to battle Mother Nature and her band of nasty elements! The center shaft of this umbrella lights up thanks to LEDs which make it look like a Lightsaber. There are seven LED colors. Just cycle through them until you get to the one you want. There’s a flashlight in the handle too.

This umbrella has an average of 4.5 stars with over 2800 reviews on Amazon. Most really seem to like it but others have had trouble with the flashlight in the handle. I think it has a touch control that is very sensitive and can easily be turned on even when you don’t mean to turn it on.

The umbrella is 32″ (82cm) in length with an open diameter of 40″ (105cm). It requires 3 AAA batteries which unfortunately are not included. The umbrella comes in black, red, blue, white, grey, or green. If you’re interested in the Bestkee LED Umbrella, head over to Amazon where you can get it for $29.99 to $35.99 (depending on the color you choose).

  2. This is obviously a Blade Runner umbrella. Let’s see if the name changes when and if Blade Runner 2099 ever gets made.

  3. LOL, they should have also included a tiny speaker, so when you deploy it, as the light comes on, it makes the light saber sound. 😉

  4. I think red would be the best color to use at night. If affects night vision the least.

I chaperoned my kids on several trick or treating runs while dressed as a Jedi. My blue lightsaber played havoc on my night vision. I couldn’t see anything in the dark for a few seconds if I accidentally waved it past my eyes. At least it was easy for the kids to see, so none of them got lost.
