Bravo to Pad & Quill for being on top of the situation and quickly creating a high-quality solution to this First World problem. Because like it says on their web page “the only rings you should see in your home this season are of the Olympic variety on TV.” You can pick up the leather HomePod Coaster right now on Pad & Quill’s website.

  2. You can use the plastic top protector for $0. BTW Low of you guys to call out HomePod and not mention that all of the other speakers (Sonos, etc) with silicon feet cause the same marks.

  3. You’re right there are many different things you can use for free if you’re having this issue. The leather coaster is just one option.
In no means am I calling out the HomePod (I own one BTW) and haven’t seen the white ring myself. The article is specific to HomePod because the product is made for it hence the name “Leather HomePod Coaster.” But I’m sure P&Q wouldn’t be to upset if you bought their product and used it with another speaker.

Thank you for reading the article and your comments.
