It’s back to school time, and you’ll need some awesome carry gear for all of your stuff, especially if you have a laptop and other electronics. Incase is known for their awesome line of bags, laptop sleeves, and phone accessories. I was given the chance to check out the 15″ Reform Backpack, so let’s take a look!
The Reform Backpack is made of an awesome eco-dyed 300D poly Ecoya material that is smooth to the touch. It feels very durable and lightweight.
The top of the bag has a thick, padded handle for easy carrying. I really like the Incase branding with its bold but simple font.
The dimensions of the bag are 18″” x 10.75″” x 6.5″, perfect for the 15″ Macbook Pro. The back of the bag has excellent padding in case you are carrying a lot of gear. It was very comfortable wearing it around the city with my Macbook Pro and iPad mini, along with some notebooks, pens, spare battery pack, and two phones.
The inside has two smaller pockets – the bigger one fits my iPad mini perfectly, and the smaller pocket fits a small notebook or wallet. The main compartment of the bag has tons of room for other stuff.
The sides have zippers that pull downwards, which I found slight;y annoying when I had to grab my phone or wallet out of the pocket. It might be because of the angle of the pocket. I just had to be more careful when removing items.
The inside of the right pocket is made of a lovely microfiber material where I kept my phone.
On the inside of the left pocket, is another “sub” pocket, with plenty of room for quick access items. I used this for a backup battery pack and pens.
On the inside there’s a faux-fur lined compression molded cage made from an impact-absoring material that Incase calls Tensaerlite. It fits the 15″ Macbook Pro perfectly, and with no wiggle room. The fur lined and tough cage protected the laptop.
Here I am wearing the backpack for reference (I’m 5’4″ in height). I really love this backpack, and it will probably replace the old Incase backpack I’ve been using for quite a while now. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and would look flattering on anyone with its grey color and neon yellow highlights. It’s fun and stylish, but also functional. Check out this bag and more at their website or via Amazon!

Bag looks great!
Question:
– Is it waterproof?
– Does the padding on the rear cause chafing on cotton fabric — resulting in pilling.
Thanks!
