Are you sticking to your 2012 resolution to get fit and lose weight? Using gadgets to keep track of your workout data and stats can really help you stay motivated. Last summer I had the opportunity to review the Fitbit activity monitor and found it to be a fun way to help me know if I was moving enough each day. Fitbit is now expanding their system to include the new Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale. It will track weight, % body fat, and BMI over time by automatically uploading your data to your Fitbit account. The Aria is similar to the Withings Wi-Fi scale that I reviewed 2yrs ago and will include mobile and online tools so you can view your data. The Fitbit Aria is priced at $129.95 and is currently available for pre-order with shipment in late April. Check it out at Fitbit.com
