Can you hear me now?

No, the iPhone hasn’t come to Verizon yet… It’s the iPhone Horn Stand Acoustic Amplifier from Vat19. Remember Griffin’s AirCurve? Same basic concept, but in a much smaller form factor. The silicone horn routes the sound from the iPhone’s speaker through tubes that acoustically amplifies it without the aid of electronics. They claim that it will increase the volume level by 13 decibles. It also doubles as a stand in both landscape and portrait orientations. The iPhone Horn Stand Acoustic Amplifier is available now for $24.95.

  2. That’s actually pretty neat. They could actually make the thing collapsible, like you see with silicon camping bowls, and make it lie flat until you need it.
