Forgive my tardiness in posting entries lately. Jeez, I'm either lazy or buzy. Let's go with the latter ok? ;o)
A few updates… My computer room remodel is now officially complete. I have all my junk (I mean equipment) moved back in and am quite happy with how the room turned out. Now I'm ready to decorate and my main project for that is the PDA collage. Thanks to all of you that have sent me several Palm Pilots, Handspring Visors and iPAQs! If anyone has any old CLIEs that they want to part with, please drop me an email. Maybe we can work out a trade. I actually have an idea of how I'm going to mount them. And yes, I'll have pix when the project is finally complete.
Remember when I was looking for desktop replacement notebook computer? Well, being the girl that I am, I've changed my mind again. Mainly because I no longer need a notebook because I have the Sony U71P in da house (Yes, I'll have a review)! Of course the Sony won't cut it as my main machine, so I'm still ready to upgrade my 2yr old home built Athlon 2800+ system. This time around I don't think I'm going to fool with building my own computer from the ground up. It really isn't cost effective like it might have been in the past. I'm going to go with a pre-built system. My only caveats are that the system must be very very quiet (said in my best Elmer Fudd voice) and very very fast. I'm not a gamer, but the video/graphics need to be excellent as I do some graphics work. So, I'd welcome any suggestions that some of you might have for me.
