Kayla Clutch for Smartphones

Julie has long used a Waterfield “go to lunch” wallet that also fits her phone, and I recently told you about my Dooney & Bourke wallet that’s my multi-function wallet (see the related posts for links to our reviews).  Case-Mate has their own multi-function wallet – the Universal Kayla Clutch.  The Kayla is made with genuine leather, and it comes in several color-blocked versions.  The outside has a phone pouch with a Velcro tab closure.  This pouch fits phones with length up to 4.875 inches (12.4cm), width to 2.625 inches (6.7cm), and depth to 0.5 inches (1.3 cm).  (It does not fit the Samsung Droid Charge.)  Unzip the Kayla to find a wallet with slots for cards and currency and a coin pouch with a snap closure.  You can carry the Kayla with the wrist strap, or use it as a cross-body bag with the included chain strap.  The Kayla is $90 from Case-Mate.

That’s a cute wallet/purse :)
It won’t be long before it gets too warm to wear a jacket, so that means I’ll probably start using the Waterfield iPhone Wallet again.

@Julie I wish they’d put a removable wrist strap on the WaterField wallet you linked to. I never have pockets, and the wrist strap would let me keep my hands free.

@Janet you could semi-easily add one to the zipper pull. Maybe. Probably :)

@Julie I think about doing things like that, then I remember I hate sewing! ;)
