Skunk Juice Magnetic Earbuds Solve Age Old Earbud Sharing Dilemma

We’ve all been there… You’re listening to a cool tune and want to share it with your buddy, but don’t want to let them listen through your earbuds… eew! You could play the tune through speakers, but that’s not always convenient either. What do you do? If only you could allow your friend to connect his earbuds to your earbuds through a magnetic connection. Skunk Juice earbuds allow just that. Although the brand name is odd and a little gross, the design of these earbuds is interesting. For $35.99 you get a pair of in-ear buds that have a magnetic T connector. One side attaches to a 3.5mm jack that plugs into your audio device and the other end is open for sharing. Up to 4 people can connect at once. This product does shove a problem, but only if all your friends also own a pair, which is doubtful.

If they had really wanted to address the problem, wouldn’t adding a pass-through headphone jack be a better approach than using a proprietary magnetic connector?

@Rainy Good point :)

Yes, I can see how they shoved the problem instead of solving it if everyone needs to own a pair of Skunk Juice earphones.

I guess a headphone splitter is to good for some people! ;)

Some people would obviously pay a little bit ( Like $35 more !!! :) ) to get this compared with a splitter :P

Ian, those headphones better sound good then. I use Sony ones and I have had them for 2 years and if they broke, id buy the same pair hands down.
