Skytex S-series Tablet PC Runs Windows 7

Skytex Technology and EXOPC have partnered to produce a tablet running Windows 7 Home Premium (Professional is also an option).  The Skytab S-series tablet has a dual-core Intel Atom N550 processor with integrated Intel GMA3150 graphics, 9.7″ capacitive multi-touch screen (1024 X 768 resolution, 132ppi)  with up to 4 points of recognition, 320GB 5200rpm hard drive, and 2GB of RAM.  The EXO UI adds an “additional layer of touch-friendly features and apps to the Windows® 7 ecosystem.”  The Skytab has WiFi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and 3G is an available option.  You can surf, read, watch video, and play games on the Skytab, but it also fits seamlessly into the business world . The Skytab can run Microsoft’s Office Starter for work, and it can connect to any online video services when you need entertainment.  It has 2 UBS 2.0 connectors, a 1.3MP webcam, and a microSD slot.  With the HDMI connector, you can connect an external monitor, projector, or television.  You can even connect an external keyboard and mouse when you want to get down to serious work (or serious play!).  The Skytab will begin shipping in October.  Read the complete press release or go to the Skytab web page to learn more.

Windows 7 with 2 GB of RAM?

A tablet with a hard drive?
