NEWS – Can nail clippers be cool? These clippers from legendary Victorinox (the same company that brings us Swiss Army knives) certainly look cool to me. They feature stainless steel construction with a brushed satin finish and a comfortable ergonomic grip. There’s even a lanyard hole so that you can add it to your keychain and unlike those cheap nail clippers that you buy from Walmart, these clippers from Victorinox are Swiss-made to last a lifetime. If you’ve been looking for a pair of quality nail clippers for EDC, the price of the Victorinox clippers is surprisingly affordable at only $14.95 from Amazon.

I just received my clipper and it works very well. Good size on a key ring but it won’t fit on the Apple Air Tag ring. I had to use a thinner ring on the very expensive Apple fob but I didn’t need one as big as Apple supplied anyway. The design of the clippers is really unique and the lever doesn’t swivel from side to side like most clippers. It won’t be coming unlatched in my pocket. Nicely done Victorinox.
Phil, so it was worth the buy? I haven’t ordered one yet for myself – yet.
If these clippers last 15 years, which is probably all the time I have left for gadgetry, that’s only $1 per year. PLUS there’s free shipping. I’ve been trimming my nails with my Leatherman Micra scissors for 20 years. I always hated the snick snick sound of clippers but the scissors were not doing a good job anymore. I saw your post and really liked the design. They are kind of like a little fidget item also. Five stars if it had a file surface on it but I have that on the Micra.
Thanks for the thoughts!
I wanted to buy a Victorinox Nail Clipper due mostly because of the company’s reputation. However, for seniors we need a toe nail clipper that moves 360 degrees to cut opposite feet/toes. Please let me know if and when you upscale your nail clipper. Regards Valerie
