NEWS – I’m a huge fan of Wyze products. I have several of their Wyze cam security cameras in my home and view them many times throughout the day while I’m at work. I also use their Wyze Sense sensors in my home too. So every time I hear that Wyze has a new product, my ears perk up because I’m sure I’ll want to try it not only because I know it will work well, but also because it will be affordable. Today Wyze has announced the Wyze Lock.
The Wyze Lock uses WiFi and Bluetooth and works with the existing deadbolt lock on your door to provide a smart lock that you can open with an app on your phone and track when the door is opened and closed. But it can also do something that typically only more expensive smart locks can do, and that’s open automatically as you walk up to it and lock automatically when you leave. You’ll also have the option to use a keypad if you like to press buttons.
