Timbuk2 has a new gear bag made specifically for 10 inch Netbooks like the MSI Wind, Acer Aspire One and HP Mini 1000. The bag easily converts from shoulder to backpack style depending on how you like wear it. It has a molded foam exterior that provides protection for the netbook and a zippered pocket on the front that can hold an AC adapter and other small items. The price is pretty nice at $30.

I bought one of these last fall when it was a Dell exclusive — it really is a great bag for carrying 10 inch or smaller netbooks. It is protective without being bulky, and has just enough zippered storage for a power adapter and — gasp — some non-digital stuff like a small Moleskine and pen. Highly recommended!
A few month ago I bought a Targus XS sub notebook case (http://www.targus.com/uk/product_details.asp?sku=CNXS1) for about the same price. Got some more room for storage like cellphone, pen and PDA.
@Rob The Targus bag looks a bit more corporate 🙂
