REVIEW – I remember the days when all I had were used cars that would often break down at the most inconvenient times. On many occasions, it was because of a less than optimal battery losing its charge while parked somewhere. The AUXITO Portable Auto Jump Starter with Dual-Panel LED is portable and compact. It features foldable LED panels that provide four lighting modes—cool white, warm yellow, yellow-white, and SOS strobe. The included hanging strap makes it easy to hang the device just about anywhere. On one edge of the device, there is a USB-A output for charging accessories and a USB-C input charging port. There is also an input port for the jumper cables. On one top edge, there is the power button and 4 LED indicators for the level of charge.
Performance
The AUXITO Portable Auto Jump Starter with Dual-Panel LED is designed to combine jump-starting capabilities with lighting and accessory charging. Its 6,000-amp capacity makes starting engines for most family-sized vehicles a breeze, and I am sure it can jump-start bigger vehicles. And if you cannot see what you are doing and need light, the bright 2,500-lumen output of the dual panels is more than you would need. Since the device can hang overhead using the included strap, it is a versatile light for tasks that are non-vehicle related. I love that the lighting is adjustable and offers 4 modes – cool white, warm yellow, yellow-white, and SOS strobe. If you are in a pinch and need to charge your phone or another similar accessory, the built-in power bank feature with USB-A and Type-C ports is the perfect solution in any environment.
There are also the safety features that the manufacturer mentions that are not visible but important like the 10 advanced protection measures including short circuit, reverse polarity, and overheat protection. I also like that the device once charged, holds its charge for a long time while in storage and not being used. The storage case is strong and durable and can handle being thrown around in my garage.
The dual-panel LED lights are also great for providing light in various situations.
Final thoughts
The AUXITO Portable Auto Jump Starter with Dual-Panel LED is a great tool to keep in my garage workshop and to take with me when I need auxiliary lighting or to assist with starting a car with a dead battery. It is sturdy and well-designed.

Having that much battery capacity is pretty tempting relative to keeping my phone charged during road trips. But most cars I’ve owned* never needed jump starting except when the battery reached End of Life. So this jump starter would sit in my car unused for years and years, needing maintenance charging every so many months (probably when I actually needed a jump start).
*The exception was my Jetta Sportwagen. It developed a short somewhere and kept draining the battery. Internet research suggested it was likely an expensive repair. This jump starter would have been the cheaper way to go.
