NEWS – We Gadgeteers love our junk food. A new arrival is disrupting everything you think about what goes together. Coke Zero and Oreos? What?
Today, my wife and I tried a bottle and I have to admit, we were surprised. The cola flavor was there, but lurking, waiting to pounce, was the distinct flavor of an Oreo cookie. Yes, liquid Oreos. Color me surprised. It worked.
If you’re looking for that sweet treat without the calories, it certainly works. If you’re also looking for that little kick, it has caffeine, so you’re in luck there too.
They have also released Coke Zero Oreo cookies but we haven’t tried those yet. You can be assured that those will definitely come with the calories intact.
The Coke Zero and Oreo Besties offerings are only available for a limited time. You can read more about it on Coke’s website. You can buy a 6-pk on Amazon for $4.00 or head over to your local Walmart.
When you’re next late-night gadget session needs that caffeine boost with a sweet twist while skipping the waistline impact, check our the Oreo Coke Zero Bestie mash-up.

I tried it and it was decent for me. My wife took a sip and was not impressed.
I picked up some of the Zero version as soon as I saw it in the store. It took a few sips to decide I liked it and got some more.
My wife hated it. But she also hated the Spiced flavor which I liked better than this one.
I’m not sure I taste an Oreo cookie but it does have a mild and pleasant chocolate taste.
I also noticed that Lays is making some really cool flavors of chips these days-most of them have been awesome.
