NEWS – To no one’s surprise, CES 2024 is ripe with tech announcements. If you’re a digital artist, news of a new pen display can be exciting. This year, Huion has two new pen display announcements: the Kamvas Pro 19 and Kamvas Pro 27.
Both pen displays feature razor-sharp displays, accurate color reproduction, 4K resolution, advanced pen technology, and all-new Canvas Glass.
Huion’s two new pens—PW600 and PW600S—feature the new PenTech 4.0 with enhanced responsiveness to capture the lightest to heaviest stroke. Huion added programmable side keys and a tail eraser to enhance work efficiency.
The new Canvas Glass featured on Kamvas Pro 19 and Kamvas Pro 27 marks a leap forward in display tech. It features a paper-like texture with anti-glare properties. There’s also Finger Touch, allowing the artist to zoom in and out and rotate art with just a finger and thumb.
The Kamvas Pro 27 screen can present up to 1.07 billion display colors for smooth and natural color gradients. It incorporates 3D LUT hardware calibration, and color accuracy, and comes with a factory calibration report, ensuring color precision out of the box. Both displays support sRGB, Adobe RGB, and DCI-P3, for professional post-production, printing, and design work.
“We are confident that Kamvas Pro 19 and Kamvas Pro 27 will exceed expectations and provide users with the tools they need to bring their creative ideas to life,” said Simon, Product Director at Huion.
The Gadgeteer has reviewed—and liked— both the Kamvas 24 Plus and the newer Kamvas 24 Pro (4K). Hopefully, we can review the new Kamvas Pro 19 and Kamvas Pro 27 and report on how improved these new pen displays are.
The Kamvas Pro 19 will sell for $1,044. The Kamvas Pro 27 will sell for $1,999. Prices are US. Visit Huion for more details.
