Way back when, I worked in Alaska and travelled all ov we the state. I got a Ron Popiel Pocket Fisherman. It was a spinning reel and a telescoping rod that would fit in a pocket, if you had huge pockets. I did catch a lot of fish with it
Had one of those myself in the 70’s. Caught many a fish as a kid with it!
