The BARSYS bartender just requires five bottles of spirits and mixers. You select a drink recipe from the app, including those you’ve created yourself, then watch as the mixing vessel zips around under the appropriate bottles, continually stirring as the ingredients are dispensed. All you need to do is pour the drink into a glass and garnish it. And when the party is over, you just choose the cleaning function from the app (iOS or Android), and you’re done!

BARSYS HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I put an order for a home Barsys in early November 2018. Sent them countless emails asking about my order, tried to call them but you can’t get through on the 516 area code number listed on the website, tried to ask questions with their online chat person (he could give me no answer about my order and never followed up – even 2 weeks later). I was billed in late February 2019 but by the end of March 2019 I never received my order. Again I sent emails and tried to call. I put in a dispute through my credit card since they were unresponsive to emails and calls. I would not want this product even if I ever did get it sent. Since the lack of customer service on the order side was terrible, I can only image how bad it would be if something went wrong with the product.
