You wouldn’t know it from the cold weather throughout most of the country, but it’s almost outdoor cooking season. It’s one of my favorite things to do during the summer. The Uuni 3 takes outdoor cooking to another level. The outdoor wood-fired pizza oven makes 13″ restaurant-caliber pizzas in just 60 seconds. And if you’re not in the mood for pizza (says no one ever), it’s also great for making meat, fish, vegetables, and flatbread.

Behold the power of wood pellets

The wood pellet powered oven heats up to 900+ degrees in less than 10 minutes. That’s fast!

It’s made of brushed stainless steel and comes with a cordierite stone baking board, pizza peel (that’s the thingy you use to take the pizza out of the oven) and wood pellet burner.

Uuni 3 is even portable enough for you to take on your next outdoor getaway. Pizza, outdoors, in 60 seconds, sign me up. The price for owning your own small outdoor pizza kitchen is $299. Get yours on Amazon.

      1. I’m invited right? 😎

A ton of good reviews on Amazon which of course means nothing. However it lead me off into the world of small, tabletop pizza ovens which seems to be a real big market segment. Who knew?

  2. I like pizza and am quite fond of neopolitan-style pizza

however getting 900-1000 degree heat can be problematic

my initial solution was to line my grill top with fire brick and crank up the heat…the thermometer pegged (750F)…wonderfully crisp pizzas resulted

after a summer of baking I removed the bricks and discovered the grill wasn’t designed for constant near 1000F temps…I probably needed a new grill anyway

so if this oven actually works…i’m in

though my pies are usually bigger than 13 inches

    1. The 13” pizza is on the small side. But it would allow for each person to have the toppings they want on a personal size pizza. The 60 second cook time also helps if you’re making multiple pies.
